Our classes
INITIATION TO DANCE
For the little ones where they learn movement and musicality in a freer way through play, teamwork and different artistic expressions.
DANZA LYRICAL JAZZ
In this program we offer students a fusion of jazz and contemporary dance, doing a dynamic class with jazz and contemporary techniques, with work on both the upper and lower body, with body control and expression, musicality and rhythm. Ground exercise is included. .
They are programs that help bring young people closer to dance, without having to go through the rigor of classical dance or without having to have a specific physical preparation.
CONTEMPORARY DANCE
The common thread of the teachings of the TLS dance school is contemporary dance. This type of dance allows us:
✓ Body control and positioning of our own body, to work safely
✓ Turning technique and control of the axis itself.
✓ Technique of both the upper and lower part.
✓ Ground work with movement techniques to safely work all figures and positions.
✓ Body expression
It is taught at all levels and ages (see attached schedules) according to these general lines:
1. Initiation: knowledge of one's own body and work on body expression with initiation to musicality, spatial awareness. Basic technical work and introduction to basic grounding elements.
2. Children: expression and body work, musicality and rhythm, deepening in basic techniques and elements of the floor with the possibility of adding new techniques and movements.
3. Youth: work on body expression, musicality and rhythm, beginning of new techniques for both the upper and lower body and ground work.
URBAN OR COMMERCIAL DANCE
In this program we try to introduce students to the pioneering techniques and styles in Hip hop culture such as Popping, Locking and Breakdance. As well as a brief description of where they come from and in what period we can place them. We work on musicality and styles of music that are related to each style. That is, we try to open the most current dance specialties to young audiences.
Within this modality we will find:
✓ New Style: Style created in Los Angeles where energies, dissociation techniques are worked on and closely linked to new urban dance trends.
✓ Commercial: another of the urban dance styles closely linked to new trends where we work on the most current styles and music. Work in front of the camera, body expression and musicality.
✓ Hip hop: The basis of all urban dances, where we learn the basic steps (party steps) where the style, bounce and groove are worked on, all linked to the history of this culture.
CLASSIC DANCE
Classical dance serves as a base technique to achieve good positioning and body awareness, as well as the nomenclature of steps and movements that are common to almost all dance techniques.
Likewise, we offer classical dance programs for students from 4 years old.
We offer classical technique programs for students who want to make classical dance their own technique and also for those who want to improve and complement the technique, to apply in other modalities.
· Exámen Royal Academy of Dance.
· Preparation for Theater Institute Access Tests.

We are founders of VDC.
This is not only an urban dance championship, it also tries to develop into a social function, uniting a large crowd of young people who share the same artistic concerns. It is a place where many dance schools can publicly exhibit their work and will be evaluated by international professionals, evaluating their performances.
